Nutrition
Guidance
Improve your relationship with your gut.
Try something new
Begin exploring your relationship with food and its effect on the body. The gut is the body’s “second brain”; feeding your gut well has a direct impact on brain function and overall health. Let’s discover what foods make you fire on all cylinders without breaking the bank or eating up too much time.
Target Specific Issues
If allergies, illness, or other aversions have complicated your relationship with food, a personalized plan might be right for you.
Preparing
Place
Improve your relationship with your surroundings.
“When things are working rightly, place provides security, nourishes identity, and affords us opportunity to exercise skilled mastery.” - Daniel Grothe
Humans build and create place - where we grow up, work, live, and hopefully, enjoy! “Place” is made up of 3 things: physicality, location, and human psyche; and each one effects the other for better or for worse. Let’s explore how your physical place is effecting you, how to elevate your experience within place, and how that can effect other aspects of your life.
With a background in interior design, I will help you make small changes to the place or places of that impact you most, to create an overall more healthy and uplifting environment.
Wellness
Coaching
Create a plan that works best for you.
Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness. We will start by taking a deep dive into areas of your life such as career, relationships, routine, sleep habits, social media consumption, and more, to pinpoint less obvious areas that may be blocking you from your goals. We’re not just putting lipstick on a pig; we’re looking at things holistically and find the root of the problem to truly create change.
